I led design at Negotium, an iOS app gamified to empower women to negotiate. During my time with the team, I built out the Core negotiation lessons, Multi-turn negotiation game, later inspiring AI Coach. Working with such a large ambiguous scope has helped me develop an understanding of building 0
This involved setting the theme to gamify the experience. We went with space theme of exploration and discovery as negotiation involves exploring the other party's interests, goals, and constraints, often uncovering hidden opportunities or obstacles.
